Common questions

A few things you may be wondering.

Who should I call for a flooded basement?

Call us for water removal, cleanup, and drying. A plumber may also be needed for a failed sump pump or broken pipe. Tell us what you know about the source, and we can explain the cleanup next steps.

Can the basement flooring stay in place?

Sometimes. The water source, flooring material, and moisture underneath it determine what can be cleaned and dried. We assess those conditions before recommending removal.

Do you repair sump pumps or waterproof basements?

Our work is the water damage cleanup and drying. Pump repairs, plumbing, foundation repairs, and permanent waterproofing are handled by the appropriate trades.

How long does basement drying take?

It depends on how far water spread and which materials got wet. We monitor moisture readings during drying rather than deciding the basement is dry by appearance alone.
