A wet spot behind the basement toilet

So my husband noticed this big wet spot on the wall behind the toilet in our basement. It ended up being a pipe bursting, but at the time, you don't know, like, what's going on behind there? Is this going to overflow into something even worse? And I just knew immediately, I have to call Cleveland Water and Fire Restoration, Inc.. because, honestly, I just know that water damage like that snowballs. And the quicker you call someone, the quicker you get it fixed, the better the situation and the outcome is going to be. And they were out immediately.
It was wonderful. Just having Cleveland Water and Fire Restoration, Inc.. work with my insurance company made the process so seamless. And they really handled all the communications, taking a lot of pictures, making sure everything was documented, talking to our adjuster. And for me, that was such a relief that I didn't have to handle that. It was just so relieving to be able to call a company, have them show up the next day, start to take care of the process, and everything be so seamless. I mean, that was so reassuring to us.
I love the results after everything was fixed, put back in place. And honestly, it's so much, it's even better than it was before. They did such a great job.
